Official Launch of the Legal Research Badge In-Person
Join the Teaching & Research Librarians for the official launch of the new Legal Research Badge!
The program is an online learning experience that will provide you with the fundamental skills necessary for conducting effective legal research in law school and in the workplace. The program covers topics including statutes, secondary sources, regulations, and authority, a topic that will be tested on the NextGen Bar.
The Legal Research Badge is designed to be flexible and customizable, allowing you to decide when to begin, which modules you want to focus on, and how quickly to complete the Badge. Upon completion, you will earn a credential that you can include on your LinkedIn profile or resume to demonstrate your legal research competency to employers.
At the launch we will show you how to enroll, review some of the modules, and answer any questions!
