Not all legal authorities carry the same weight. Join T&R Librarian Jake Samuelson so that you can distinguish between what is binding and what is merely persuasive. Explore the reasons why a case might be binding authority for one case and not another case in the same court. Learn how to choose the case or other authority most likely to help you win your argument.
