Research for History and Tradition In-Person

In recent decades American courts have increasingly looked to “history and tradition” when making decisions. In this training you will learn how to locate relevant primary and secondary sources, learn historical research methods, and learn how to deploy these sources in legal arguments. This training is relevant to anyone with an interest in Originalism or in the use of historical research methods more broadly.
