Research Skills for Summer Success: Transactional Practice Research In-Person
Impress your employer this summer! Develop skills to efficiently search SEC filings, identify sample agreements and forms to aid in drafting assignments and leverage practical guidance materials to help you tackle legal tasks and advise clients. In this workshop we will look at tools such as Lexis Intelligize and Bloomberg Precedent Search along with the annotated agreements and clauses that are available in Lexis Practical Guidance and West Practical Law.
Lunch will be provided.
